Is VAT or any other import tax included in the price?
Yes. All prices displayed on our site are final and inclusive of any applicable VAT, taxes, or duties. You will see the exact total at checkout with no hidden fees added upon delivery.

Can I pay over the phone?
For your security, we do not accept payments via phone. All transactions must be completed securely through our online checkout.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
To ensure faster delivery to our European customers, orders are fulfilled from our EU-based warehouse. Delivery within Europe typically takes 5-10 business days. Global delivery ranges from 7-20 business days, depending on the destination.
What is your shipping cost policy?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over €29. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee of €3 applies.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Please check your tracking information first for the latest updates. If there has been no movement for an extended period or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
